Apartment A is a 2 bedroom and has rear parking and entrance. The apartment features new doors and windows, kitchen cabinetry, updated bathroom and door access to the common laundry Area.
Apartment B is a 3 bedroom apartment with main street parking. The apartment features new doors and windows, kitchen cabinetry, updated bathroom and door access to the common laundry Area.
Both apartments have had extensive Sheetrock and flooring work done. The furnace and electrical work has been redone also.
There is a common area that offers a washer and dryer for the tenants to use.
The natural gas supply is currently with the owners other building and will need a separate meter put in.
